Fraud Alert

Sometimes we receive reports of third parties who are unauthorized, posing as service providers. It becomes very difficult to identify a scam like this instantly. As we immensely value the relationship with our clients, our objective is to always make an effort to eradicate such scams from the beginning.

If you think you have been targeted by a scam, please inform us immediately. We also encourage you to report your experience to Canadian authorities like  citizenship-fraud-tips@cic.gc.ca or contact us if you have any doubt.

 How to identify a fraud attempt.

  1. Vashist Immigration offers efficient services direct to its clientele, online. We communicate with our clients via email, telephone, Skype, and WhatsApp communications.
  2. We don’t sign contracts with clients through third-party representations. Our team only represents our clientele under a written contract directly with our Director Sahil Vashist, The fees paid to us are never made through any of our third-party affiliate agents unless by written authorization from our client.
  3. Vashist Immigration never receives payment details by telephone. Our team will never call a client to receive financial details for payment of fees.  We discourage anyone who tries to share their financial details over the phone.
  4. We do not represent individual clients in any low-skilled occupations such as hospitality, farming, or retail sales industries.
  5. We do not guarantee entry to Canada.
  6. We do not charge fees to access government forms or guides.
